Very close to Métro and city shopping.
Bed was uncomfortable, little ventilation in the room, worn carpets, broken tiles.

Conveniently located, this hotel is close to restaurants and shopping centers. Despite being a budget hotel, clean sheets and towels are provided daily. the complimentary breakfast is quite decent for the price.

It's convenience location to the Bell Centre and it's great price.
Shower was too low - not very good for tall people

Great value for money and excellent location in the heart of downtown. The room was spacious and had a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for a romantic night in. We also loved the convenience of having a grocery store close by.
The walls were also very thin, making it difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep. The lack of attention to detail was particularly disappointing during our romantic escape.

The view, the layout, the space, equipped kitchen, fridge, very quiet, amenities of a private apartment. Friendly staff, convenient location, close to everything, cafe and restaurant right in the lobby.
There were 2 extra pillows in the linen closet which we tried to use on the couch, and they smelled so bad (sweaty and musty) that we couldn't lay on them and had to take the ones from the bed into the living room, which thankfully were clean and fresh!

Affordable and very close to all things - including grocery store. Asked a received quiet room. Bigger than I expected, and full kitchen was good
See question about guest reviews - I did not see any so you need to add in "Did not read reviews".Also - there was obvious water damage in the bathroom - which lowers the ambiance.

It was in a great location.
Desk staff often didn't have time to answer questions. Pool and weight room were both advertised but were not available. No continental breakfast. Rooms looked a little run down.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to everything downtown, including the pedestrian zone, Metro stations, and the lively Crescent Street. The hotel offers basic amenities, with comfortable beds and rooms that have minimal utensils. The staff provides good service and attention to detail, making sure that everything is in order and ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast included in the stay is a great added bonus, offering a variety of options, including hash browns that are similar to the ones served at McDonald's.
All in all, this hotel provides a satisfactory experience.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet.
The room was not well maintained; it was old, worn, and run-down. Hotel is more for family vacation than a business trip.
